How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, and home delivery will take 8 to 13 days from the date of processing. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. *See Shipping Policy for more information.*
What happens if my product has a problem or a defect?
In case of a problem or defect, contact our after-sales service with a description and, if possible, a photo. We will quickly offer you a solution: exchange, repair, or refund, according to our warranty policy.
What are the return deadlines and conditions?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
